Refunds & replacements
We offer refunds or replacements exclusively in the following situations:

If you experience any of the above, please contact us at skin@lumilyn.com within 7 days of delivery, along with clear supporting images and relevant details. Requests raised beyond this period may not be eligible.
If your package appears unusually light or empty upon delivery, we kindly request you to record an unboxing video to help us verify the issue efficiently.
Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled.

Our team will review your request within 48 hours. Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep through our courier partner.
Once the returned product is received and the concern is verified, your refund will be initiated within 24 hours.
