Lumilyn currently delivers to over 19,000 pin codes across India.

Shipping Timeline

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 working hours of order confirmation. Once shipped, delivery by our logistics partners typically takes 2 to 10 days, depending on the destination.
Customers in major cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bangalore can generally expect delivery within 3 days.

Serviceability is checked at the time of order placement and may be revalidated subsequently. If a pin code becomes unserviceable after an order is placed, the order will be cancelled and a full refund (for prepaid orders) will be processed within 48 hours.

Delivery Support & Assistance

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct pin code.
Orders and delivery addresses cannot be modified once the order has been placed. Each order can be shipped to one specified address only.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, our team will reach out to assist with the next steps.

Multiple Products
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. This may result in staggered deliveries.
